Je viens de prendre un abonnement, je télécharge Creative Cloud et impossible de télécharger les applications.
Je suis sur iMac 2019 OS 10.14.6
Voici la phrase que me donne Creative Cloud :

Vous n’avez pas accès aux fonctionnalités de gestion des applications.
Pour gérer les applications, une autorisation de votre administrateur informatique est peut-être requise.

Et sur la page de mon compte :
- Applications connectées :
Voici les applications connectées à votre compte et votre profil Adobe.
Vous n’avez accordé l’accès à aucune application.

D’après Apple cela vient de chez Adobe et d’un bug sur mon compte ?

Bonjour,
Le problème n'est pas résolu, et je n'ai trouvé aucune assistance. Apple me dit que cela viens de chez Adobe.
J'ai pu finalement installer les applications via ce lien

L'installateur des applications reconnaît tout de suite mon compte et installe les applications. Mais sur le créative Cloud j'ai toujours le même message. Ce qui veut dire qu'il à reconnu les applis de mon abonnement, donc tout va bien pour ça, M

Hereca j ai trouver la solution apres des heures de recherche suivez ses instructions il faut modifer le nom OOBE dans le finder par opm.db.old .

 i have the latest versions of OS. It is MacOS VENTURA 13.0

 

i think yes normally yes. 

 

I called adobe support but they couldn't solve the problem and told me they were going to send the info to the experts

there are known problems with the current adobe software and ventura.  

 

if you can rollback to big sur, until adobe announces compatibility with ventura, that would be the preferred route.

if you don't know how to find that info, don't do it.

 

do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

 

pick the best installer match for your os

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

if your plan is managed by their school, you should contact the plan administrator.  even if contact with adobe is needed to resolve the problem, the admin must be the one to do that.  adobe support can't do anything or even help you if your not the admin.
