Creative Cloud will not load

I have a Mac, running Catalina. For weeks now, whenever I try to open creative cloud, it spins and spins and they pops up a message that says there is an error, and to repair it. When I do that, it still will not open. I've tried uninstalling, and reinstalling, but still will not load. I keep getting the same error messages. Adobe customer support is the WORST I've ever dealt with. I have spoken to severl tech agents who have been unable to help. They were supposed to escalate the issue, and twice now I've supposed to have recieved a phone call, never got a call, either time. 

I'm beyond frustrated. Does anyone have any fixes??? Obviously tech support cannot help me. I'm on the verge of cancelling my subsciption!

Alternatively, since you have reported the issue and Twice Adobe Support has informed that they have escalated the issue and you will receive a call, you may want to contact Support Team again and ask them to connect with a Supervisor (depending on their availability) who might be able to expedite the ongoing escalated ticket.
