Creative Cloud will not run on new computer

I'm runnind Windows 10 and just installed Creative Cloud but the desktop app will not open (stuck on blue spinning wheel).

I've tried the following:

1) Restarting the computer and app

2) Reinstall Creative Cloud desktop app

3) Deleted all OOBE files, restarted computer and app

4) Windows is up to date

I'm out of options from all I've been reading...Is there a chance this isn't working because I have an account on a different computer? I would appreciate any help I can get.

I am occuring the same problem as you described. installed creative cloud application, but it get´s stuck in the eternal loading screen. What can we do?
