Check for Updates is greyed out and not clickable (see attached screenshot), and the blue Update buttons do nothing when clicked. 2nd screenshot shows version numbers. What do I need to do to restore my ability to check for and apply updates in Creative Cloud?

Thank you for your reply - updates are now working again.
The reset procedure, ⌘-⌥-R, did not provide any indication that it did anything. The Repair option in the Uninstaller did not seem to work either; however, a couple days later, updates are now working again.
