I have suscribed to creative cloud for a year since the Black Friday sale in December 2019.
Why is ADOBE suddenly asking me to re-log in recreate an account and now 'start my trial'????
Now my programs don't work on my exisiting account.
What is going on? Very annoying in the middle of working.
It is possible that the subscription that you have buyed as Black Friday deal is only valid for one year without an automatic renewal. Please check.
