Can anyone tell me how I can stop creative cloud opening every 30 seconds despite me quiting it and telling it not to run. Keep getting pop up Creative Cloud Desktop. This is extrememly annoying not even using After Effects or Media Encoder they are all closed. Iv'e turned off all notifications and updates but yet it still persists on opening (Even after ending task in processes) It's driving me crazy only just started a plan and this is already making me regret my decision. I'm not joking about the 30 seconds either I close it 30 seconds or less boom its back

Sorry forgot to add do I even need this installed to run After Effects or Media Encoder? I pay to use these programs I don't expect to be bombarded with a pop up all the time
