Hello, I have a problem with my creative cloud app desktop (Mac OS big sur).

I bouth my licence. In my web page i see all my app, but when i apen creative cloud app on desktop, i can't see al my apps included in my licence. 

Where is the problem?

Ciao a tutti. ho un problema con l'app creative cloude su desktop (Mac OS big sur).

Ho comprato la licenza (studente), con tutte le app comprese. Sulla pagina web del mio account vedo tutte le app disponibili. Quando entro però nell'app Creative Cloud su desktop, le app non sono disponibili.

Cosa posso fare?
