Hi, just a short tip after my crazy account problem.
When Adobe pretend that the Credit card refused the withdrawal, nothing
in the support base (AFAIK) suggests to look at the following option:
when you go to your credit card setup page, you have generally access to an option
called "Accept International operations" or "Paiements de l'étranger"...
In my case, I disabled this option since I want to protect the account.
But Adobe is not invoicing from France (I work in France), therefore the payment
could not succeed, without any message giving a clue about the reason.
So, if you have the same kind of trouble, check this option with your bank.
