Hi Katherine,

I am not getting this with High Sierra. Can I venture a guess that you are on Mojave?

Which version of Mojave? What CC applications do you use and what versions?

We have a second forum for bug reports that is read by the engineers, but it is application specific, so we can provide the correct link when we know the applications.

A few people have reported this on the Apple forums.

You're right, I'm getting this on Mojave.

Lightroom Classic version: 8.2 [ 1204643 ]

Operating system: Mac OS 10

Version: 10.14.3 [18D109]

Any fix?

Are there any updates on this issue? I have the same problem with Mojave. It started since I have installed Illustrator 24.1.2.

Hello, my computer also is on Mojave (10.14.6). I have been using mainly Illustrator and Photoshop, and a couple of times Dreamweaver. This error just popped up on my computer a couple of days ago.

I just got this dialogue box for the first time. On MacOS Catalina 10.15.7. Looked sketchy to me so I hit cancel, now I'm worried, is this a virus?

another mac user had success with this:

  1. Locate “Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud” in Finder > Applications > Adobe Creative cloud
  2. Open and run “Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud”
  3. Click on Repair instead of Uninstall
  4. Restart your mac once done
