DE Deaktivieren meiner CS4 Lizenz - computer nicht mehr zugänglich

Hallo, ich muss meine gute alte, aber eben noch gebrauchte CS4 Master Collection auf einen neuen PC übertragen. Der alte lässt sich nicht mehr starten.

Bitte um Hilfe.
