Deleted Account yet still Charged with Subscription?

Hello, I need some help trying to solve this problem. I originally used the free trial program for Adobe Premier Pro for a school project, I only wanted to use the free week. However, last month I was charged $20.99 for Adobe PR Creative CLD, and I don't know what these acronyms even mean. So I attempted to unsubscribe from Adobe and delete my account in April, however, I was charged again for the same amount 3 days ago. I thought I was successful in unsubscrbing, but apparently not. Now I'm being charged monthly while I have no account to access and look at my purchases/order history. I want to get off the subscription program permanently. 

 

This is a brand new account that I just made to ask this question.
