So it turns out I got scammed by a seller and purchased non-genuine Photoshop. I had the message from Adobe to warn me but I'm not interested in paying lots more to use software I already thought I owned - I just want to be rid of Adobe to be honest as I have never liked the monthly subscription model and there are alternatives I will use instead.
I have deleted Creative Cloud and Photoshop from my Mac and emptied my trash, and yet Adobe is still somehow scanning my machine - sending me reminders about purchasing their genuine software, which I reiterate I do not want, I no longer intend to use any Adobe products - and running multiple processes against my wishes on my laptop.
Can anybody help me with how to 100% remove Adobe from my Mac?

It probably is malware sending you reminders.

I did initially suspect that, but the link directs me to the genuine Adobe site - https://www.adobe.com/uk/genuine/microsite-lp.html?gid=AXB8CKHHVY>oken=dad1557c-fa98-4e4b-a2aa-a4c... - which I don't believe malware would do?

Thank you to everybody who's looked at this - it looks like there was an issue with the search on my Mac which wasn't turning up a series of folders hidden in my Library. I was directed to a specific folder and found them there so I could delete them. This seems to have solved the problem. I really appreciate everybody's time!
