Hello,

I would like to deleted all my files from creative cloud but could not see this files at https://assets.adobe.com/files.  Every folder is empty but the space is used (2.2 TB from 5 TB Cloud Space are used.)

Is it possible to clear the Cloud area complete?

Thanks for helping and keep healthy.

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

Thank you for your reply but at the creative cloud web there are'nt any pictures to delete. All folders are empty but the cloudspace is used. I'll just add some pictures from the site so  I could not move anything to the junk folder...unfortunately.1.jpg2.jpg3.jpg4.jpg

Today I'ld contacted Adobe Support and chated with an very friendly Support Staff. All pictures are found at lightroom.adobe.com in an Folder contains not uploaded Pictures. So I could delete all Pictures and then delete them again  from the Trashfolder. Now the cloud is empty and I could start again after receiving my new iMac. But this Problem was finally solved.

Thank you for helping.
