Hi ! I have no more storage space on my Mac. Can I uninstall adobe suite 2019 without making damages to my work ?

Uninstalling the applications does not affect your data.  You will still need an application that can open your data if you wish to use your files.

Yes, you can do that. But ensure that the files you created using Adobe Suite are backed up.

Your files will not be affected at all.
