Desktop App Install Stuck

I am trying to install the CC Desktop App. It works until it gets to 50.5% and then it stops. It gives no error message or anything. I have tried to reinstall and repair it, but the same thing always happens. Not sure what to do, any thoughts?

I had a similar issue.

Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available.

The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.
