How do I get to a human support agent? Nothing I have seeen remotely addressed my problem. I have been in IT since 1960. I am not a dummy, but this support system in no way supports me. I have many apps, none of which are anywhere as difficult to manage the support system offered here, including those which only connect with a chat system.
