disattivare versione prova

Voglio disattivare la versione prova di Acrobat Pro DC tuttavia non riesco a gestire le opzioni del piano poichè mi viene detto che il mio piano potrà essere gestito a breve. Tuttavia la versione di prova scade domani e non ho intenzione di proseguire con l'abbonamento. Come devo fare?
