Tengo contratado el CREATIVE SUITE COMPLETO, pero este mes lo tengo como si lo hubiese contratado doble, en mi tarjeta me hicieron el cobro 2 veces, como puedo solucionar esto?, y como paso que lo contratara doble?.saludos.

for others, if you need to contact adobe, there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee

hola, yo tengo el mismo problema, me estan cobrando doble desde hace 8 meses y no tengo respuesta a mis reclamos, ya deje la subcripcion pero ahora se cobra solo una vez, no entiendo, estoy esperando respuesta del banco para que no permite el debito automatico de este servicio.

a mi me esta pasando lo mismo, yo contrate solo un plan y me estan cobrando dos! en un inicio pense que era porque me habia atrasado con solo pago pero ya es tercer mes que me estan cobrando otro pago extra y ahora me acabo de dar cuenta que es porque hay otro plan suscrito, le puse cancelar inmediatamente pero este segundo plan me sale que debo pagar ahora mismo muchisimo mas que el plan original que habia contratado, es decir, este segundo plan que me inscribieron sin mi consentimiento es el doble de caro y son los mismo productos. Estoy super enfadada porque no hay ningun link donde te den una respuesta o reclamo y que me hagan la devolucion de mi dinero. Asi que deje un reclamo por twitter por si de algo sirve.

Hola de nuevo, finalmente llegue a este link https://helpx.adobe.com/cl/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html donde pude chatear con un boot que luego me derivo a un asistente virtual llamado raul, él amistosamente me elimino ese segundo plan y pude solucionar mi problema. Ademas pasados unos minutos en twitter me hablaron de adobe para ver mi tema, pero ya lo habia solucionado el asistente virtual. dejo el link del perfil https://twitter.com/AdobeCare por si a alguien mas en el futuro de llega a pasar lo mismo. Finalmente termine cancelando mi plan por los cargos extras pasados y porque aquellos cargos no tendran devolucion, ademas de llevarme una pesima experiencia de adobe, ya que si no alcanzo a darme cuenta de aquel segundo plan el dia de hoy, me hubieran seguido cobrando mas dinero que cada mes subia mas y mas el cargo.
