Does Creative cloud exist for older version of apps ?

I get a creative cloud account from my school as a student but it only suggest latest version of app (Photoshop, AI, Indesign ...) . My computer's system can't download the 2020 update but it's ok for 2019 .

where to download them? Can I with my current account ?

no, adobe only offers the current version and one previous version.  currently those are the 2021 and 2020 releases, but this may work for you, https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2019-direct-download-links.html
