I have created a site on Portfolio and followed the instructions (as best as I could!) to point my domain (jenneysurelia.com) at the site. It's a week later and I'm still getting an error message.
When I got in touch with support, they said that they don't have chat support for it! 😞
Your help is much appreciated!
Have you been trying to fix it in the last day? When I first connected to your site I think it took me to Portfolio - but the wrong page. So your redirect was wrong, it seemed. But as I looked at it, it changed so there is now no redirect at all?

Will give it 24 hours and see.The only other thing that is coming up is that Google is saying that it’s an ‘unsafe’ site.There is no SSL cert, I thought that this wasn’t an issue with Portfolio sites.Best wishesJenney

Everything looks fine to me. It takes about 24 hours for the Let's Encrypt SSL certificates to generate on a custom domain name.
For future reference, Adobe Customer Care doesn't know anything about Portfolio / Behance or Spark. You must contact those respective support teams directly.
