Downgraded from Created Cloud (full) to Photo only - Cloud shows as full - NOTHING IN IT?

Downgraded from the full suite week ago (just don't use it) to the photo package (LR & PS)...

Cloud shows as full (20.7gb of 20gb)

When I look at my sync folders it shows 1,710,986 bytes (2 MB on disk) for 7 items...

When I look in the cloud - there are 10 files - the largest is 626KB - so all told less than 2mb...

Any ideas?
