download apps compatible windows 8.1

I have a suscription,  but available apps are not compatible with windows 8.1, what can I do to get an older version, please

Sorry to tell you but older app that did, would still, work with Win 8.1 have been retired by Adobe. They are noi longer available tio anyone IIRC from a licensing problem with some parts of the programs.

You will need to upgrade your operating system to use Adobe CC programs.
