Download Error (missing DLL)

Hello, I've been trying to download Adobe Creative Cloud. The download completes itself but when I try to open the software there is always those 2 error windwos popping up. I tried re-download the software but it didn't change anything. Does anyone know what to do ?

That is a Microsoft problem... Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help -or direct to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
