Download for current cc says incompatible

I just recently put Windows 7 back on my computer.  When I signed into creative cloud to download on my new computer it say that it's incompatible and that I needed to download windows 7 service pack 1 which I did, but still says it's incompatible.  Any ideas what I need to do next?

Did you put on all available patches for Window 7 (hundreds of them?)
