Download of PSD is cancelled accroding to this message: beta-vesrion is detected. Remove it. But i have already removed it. How can i fix it?

Run the Cleaner tool to remove Ps :http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html .
Restart your system and then try installing Ps again.
