Download product already purchased to a new computer

We have Adobe Acrobat Pro Version 11 for three computers.  We just replaced one of the computers.  How do I download it to the new one?

My pack is not letting me download after I do all the steps and cannot retrieve my serial number and very frustrated.  The directions only take me so far and won't let me do anything

What pack are you trying to download?  Did you purchase a specific Adobe product or service?

you may download ONLY if you bought direct from Adobe via download
-Log-in to your account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products
--click Order history on the left and then the link to your order that will show on the right
--and finally click the link "Downloads and serial numbers" that will appear
--as always, write the serial number in a text file AND copy that text file and the
---download file(s) to an external drive (or two) to be sure you have what you need
-if you did not buy direct from Adobe via download you must find your original install
--if you have an Education or volume license you MUST use your original media
--the link for an Education or volume license download is not available at all
-if you bought a disc and don't have a drive you will need to buy an external USB drive
-if you bought a download from a 3rd party vendor you will need to contact that vendor

Hugh, plug-in DVD drives are inexpensive and easy to use. However, it is still possible to download Acrobat Pro 2017, so long as it is not a student/teacher version. https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/download-install/kb/acrobat-2017-downloads.html

Adobe quickly remove old versions from their web site, it cannot be there long now Acrobat 2020 is released, so be very sure to keep a copy of the download - and in a safe place, not just on your computer.
