We bought Creative Cloud for my son for his iPad Pro. He keeps trying to download it doesn't give an error message but doesn't download. It reroutes him back to the app and he clicks on "Get"... no luck.
Our credit card was charged...

Also, without a real computer, you need to immediately cancel the subscription

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
