Downloading a previous purchased item [Where to download Photoshop Elements 9?]

I purchased Photoshop Elements 9 in April 2011. I have recently upgraded, however, I still use my Photoshop Elements 9 for certain things. I have recently purchased a new laptop and would like to install my old Photoshop Elements 9 on my new laptop. I went to my order history to do so but I am guessing it is so old that its no longer available. I have my serial number and receipt from when I purchased it. Is there anyway to get it downloaded to my new laptop without having to repurchase it?
