cbc511f1-c943-4aa7-97b2-2347adce6c11 is a code I recieve after attemting to install both Ps and CC it tells me to authenticate the account then the webpage claimes it is all set and tells me to continue where I left off, when i try to reload webpage I get the above error code pls help Ty.

What do you mean by CC? the Creative Cloud Desktop app?

You need to install that first and then Sign In using the Adobe ID you used to subscribe to whatever subscription plan you purchased. After that you then download the Adobe programs your subscription covers. you do that in, with, the CC Desktop app.

Yes but when I try to install anything the authentication process is halted by an unknown force and I cannot conitine with the installers.

I tried that but each time the installer automatically opens a tab in google and I am unsure how to change that.
