everytime i attempt to download a progeram it says that another installer is running as which as far as is can tell there is not how do i fix this?

make sure you're using the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
if you already are using it, see if you can update it.
then restart your computer and use the cc app to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
