Hi debase350,

Please follow the mentioned steps:

Windows: Navigate to C/Program Files(X86)/Common Files/Adobe/Caps and rename to Caps.old

Mac: Navigate to Library/Application Supprt/Adobe/Caps and rename to Caps.old

Try downloading CC desktop and let us know whether it worked.

Regards,

Rave

Hi Rave,

I tried this steps cause I have the same problem with After Effect, but now in my Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App it seems that the previous apps I installed (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Dramweaver) are not installed. But they are installed and they works. Only Acrobat XI stay updated in the Creative Cloud App. It seems to me a problem with sync...Any way  After Effect is installed.

Let me know,

Thank you
