downloading stuff

So when I'm installing creative cloud or any of the apps, it says it will open a tab in my browser for me to sign in to. After it did, I didn't have to sign in and it said, "signed in successfully, continue where you left off." I went back to where the installer was and nothing changed. Then, I clicked the blue "sign in here" button at the bottum that was there in case the browser didn't open up even though it did for me. Nothing happened. I can't download and products, what do I do?? This is when I clicked the thing to sign in and when it said I was signed in, I come back to find nothing happened. I tried waiting a few minutes but still nothing.
