Our account holder has moved on from the company and so we no longer have access to her log in (her email has been decomissioned). The invoices go to her email address currently but we need this changed. Is there an email I can contact to get this changed to my email address. I have her email address but not her password. We can provide an official letter from our manager and HR if need be.
