Hice la cancelación, dentro del plazo estipulado en los términos del contrato, de un pedido que realicé el día 7 de marzo de 2018 (pedido ADD002269358EDU). La fecha de cancelación es el día 11 de marzo, recibí confirmación de cancelación por correo electrónico, sin embargo, no han realizado el reembolso.

Solicito su apoyo para esta situación. Gracias.

Como ha sucedido? Simplemente realizo la cancelacion y luego fue depositado el dinero en su cuenta o como?
