erro ao abrir o Photoshop no pc

Bom dia, tudo bem? Entao, eu comprei o photoshop da Adobe ontem anoite, porem o app nao quer rodar no meu PC. Gostaria de saber se isso acontece com algumas pessoas, ou se é apenas um erro que estaria ocorrendo apenas em meu PC. Obrigado, ficarei a espera da resposta;.
