error 127 to install photoshop cc

i have downloaded creative cloud free trial desktop app,...and now i am trying to to install photoshop cc through it,,, but unable to to that because of error 127,,,,tell me solution.

hi,

check your log files to see the exact (usually an extraction) problem, Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud install issues with log files

look for the link in the log that contains the first error.

If Error 127 is occurring due to firewall restrictions preventing Adobe Creative Cloud installation, then contact Adobe Customer Care and they can provide you with a direct download file. However, you may then encounter Error 183 (as I did) when attempting that installation. My particular issue was with Photoshop 2020. My solution was to close all Creative Cloud processes, go to Control Panel / Programs / Programs & Features, find Creative Cloud, right-click and Repair. After the software completed its repair, I went back into Creative Cloud and the Photoshop download completed just fine. Hope it works for others.
