Hello
After using a "AVAST" Application ( "Cleaning UP" and "UNINSTALL" programs , it seems that it caused some files to be deleted by mistake )..
All Adobe Applications in my PC were disappeared from the desktop ( but still were found in the program files) ,
and when I tried to reinstall any Adobe Application from the CLOWD the next ERROR appeared
Remark: My PC Operation system is " Window 10"
301, | Unable to install the product. | Click Retry to download and install it again. |

open your control panel and see if you can uninstall your adobe programs and the cc desktop app.
then:
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

How did the support team solved it, i have the same issue installing Adobe XD
