I have a problem in updating CC as the image describe ... I uninstalled and reinstalled cc , turned off antivirus and firewall
What can I do else Please ???

Error 500 occurs because the installation packages were denied permission to install the software. My problem solved only after downloading last update of windows 10 and restart pc
