I have downloaded the CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe file into multiple places (my docs, desktop, network file) and it keeps giving me the same error when I run it...."The application cannot be run from a network drive. Please copy it to a local folder and relaunch it.'" (Error Code: 71) I've downloaded numerous applications on my laptop, and never had this issue. Solutions?
Thanks for the response. I finally tried the time tested reboot and all worked fine. Who knows what the hang up was, but I was able to install successfully!

Leigh annek99571291 do you have a roaming profile or used some type of shared location? What operating system are you using? Are you using the instructions listed in Creative Cloud Help | Install, update, or uninstall apps to install the Creative Cloud Desktop application?

I Have a roaming profile and I get the same thing. How do i get this installed? I have it on my desktop and am trying to install on my laptop. Thank you for the help
