uninstall everything cc including the cc desktop app.clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.htmlrestart your computer (don't skip this)reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-clouduse the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Im having a similiar problem with error 72. It won't let me uninstall. keeps telling me that the cloud is in use but Im not sure which other adobe  programs are actually using the cloud.
