Hello! I have a paid subscription to all Adobe programs. How do I install this software?

I second Maryna's request. I have been going through the same issues for several weeks; I get a code of 105, 113, and 117 when I try to update. I have worked with the customer support with no resolution. Anyone have answers to these issues, please come forward. I have a windows 10 computer.

I would suggest a complete and clean reinstallation.
Please follow the steps below:
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
It's sound drastic and is a lot of work, but in my experiense a clean reinstallation helps to solve problems in many cases .
