I recently updated to windows 10 so I could get the latest updates for Premiere Pro, Animate, After Effects and Media Encoder. I tried unistall them and redownload them but now I can download any of them at all. I've also tried all the solutions on the Error 113 page but none of them have worked

Sort of. I use another user account to update and install cc apps. They
should then show up on the other user account.

How can this be highlighted as a correct answer! Sums up adobe's attitude to the instal and update errors. I suspect it has something to do with preventing cracked versions. If the cracked versions install with ease then it's sounding like a great idea! Not cool adobe. I spend much money each month and seem to have to hop on to a new user account every few months to get the updates.

I notuced today that you maynot need to set up a fresh user account to instal updates. When you go to change user you should see an option fo admin if you hover over you user name. Maybe everyone knows this but I just realised. I switch to PC from mac about a year ago.
