Error code 113: downloading and updating apps

Hi,

I've had this error for about 3 months now, whenever I attempt to download or update an adobe app, it usually downloads to about 9% before 'installation failed'. After restarting the download it reaches 9% and downloads an extra 2% before failing again, taking hours to download.

Never before in the past have I had this problem, I do not have slow internet and no one else in my household has this problem.

As I mentioned previously, I have had this issue for several months, including other connection issues with chrome downloads failing.

Game downloads from steam however dont seem to be affected and I have no trouble with gaming with a normal ping of 20 (ish).

 

I have followed the steps on RESOLVE CONNECTION ERRORS  to no avail

 

Can anyone help?
