Error Code 12175 Help

I have been trying to use the adobe creative cloud service but it keeps giving me error code 12175 and will not connect to allow any of the apps through. I have tried a ton of fixes on it but I can't seem to get it to work. I want to purchase the full package on adobe but I can't get the cloud to open so I can try out the programs to see if they will do what I need them to

My computer meets all the requirements, literally the first thing I checked even before trying to download the app

Error Code 12175 is actually a Microsoft error, kindly refer to the below threads as similar issue has been addressed there:
