I recently updated my MacOS to Catalina, and now when I try to update my MediaEncoder and get an (Error Code: 127). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both The Creative Cloud app and Media encoder, and restarted my computer but that did not work. I looked for the hidden adobeTemp file on my computer using SHIFT-CMD-. but I could not find it anywhere in my system folder. This is driving me crazy and costing me hours of lost production time. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Error 127 indicates that the installer isn't able to extract the zip file in temp location on your device. The reason can be not enough free disk space or missing access rights. Do you run the update  as an Administrator or an user with Admin rights?
