For about 3 months I am trying to install adobe inDesign. I am running Windows 10 and currently have some of adobe cs6 installed on my laptop. On the beginning when the installation file wouldn't run at all- it was bufforing for few seconds and nothing else would happen. After running a windows update the installation started finnaly running but there is error 206 occuring every time i try to install the sotware. I did everything from https://helpx.adobe.com/gr_en/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck-advanced.html and many other things i found in internet and on this community but nothing worked. Only once after reseting something the error changed to (error code 1) but then it came back to 206 again. I managed to install creative cloud eventually but i still can't install indesign as the creative cloud keeps disconnecting and says I am offline even when i am not. running troubleshooting usually ends up with uninnstalling creative cloud. Could anyone help with it?
Sarra, Error 206 occurs because the installed Adobe software is being blocked or disconnected while attempting to access the required servers. To use an individual membership, the computer must allow access to the servers and ports listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html. If you have verified the computer has access to the complete list of servers, please review the settings for any installed security or firewall software that may block access.
