Error fix does not work

I am trying to install the trial version of Photoshop CC on my Windows PC.

I got an error with code 120 during installation (Insufficient disk space)

This seems a bit odd, because the installation folder I selected has 400 GB of free space, and I still get an error of insufficient disk space.

How can I fix this? Thanks in advance.

P.S. I am trying to install Photoshop on a different partition, which is not the principal.

You need to free up some primary HD space by uninstalling non-essential programs and moving work files to externals.  Or get a bigger computer.  See Creative Cloud and Photoshop system requirements.
