Nevermind I was able to fix it on my own with the help of my tech guys.

Thanks anyway.

It had something to do with the files not downloading on the computer properly the first time due to it making my computer crash part way through. I ended up taking it to my local tech guys at a place called Gaming Generations. They showed me where to find the files and delete them so I could re-download them, but unfortunately I don't remember where exactly they went.

I'm sure this may be a little too late, but I see that this one is still unanswered. The way that I was able to resolve this issue was by clicking "Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud" on my iMac, and then when the window popped up, there was a button labeled "repair". I clicked on it and it resolved the issue in full! I'm not sure where the uninstaller for Adobe Creative Cloud would be on a Windows machine, but if you can find it, hopefully, it produces the same results!

This just happened and the solution above worked.  I guess when it "repairs" it, it forces a download of creative cloud, fixing the issue.

Use adobe's uninstall tool, then reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud. It should work fine. This MUST be done for win10!
