I am trying to install Adobe and keep getting an error message telling me to close Outlook (C131) but I don't have Outlook open! Any ideas anyone please?

What Adobe application are you trying to install, have you tried restarting your PC

Acrobat DC but it's worked today so I guess the restart you suggest did the trick! Thanks.
