Recently very often when starting Windows I get error/warning message saying that some file cannot be found or is corrupted and I need to download creative cloud anew. This is getting very annoying. Please advise what can I do apart from downloading Adobe Creative Cloud every time anew. Thanks.

I would try a clean installation:
Uninstall all -- Use Adobe's CC Cleaner to eliminate all traces of CC and programs -- Install CC from scratch and install then all programs.
Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to solve installation problems
